Before starting physical therapy, some general questions that you may want answered are:

Of course you could always google your questions, or ask around to see what others may think. The truth is, the best way to find answers is to meet with a therapist in person during one of our FREE Discovery Visits!

A Discovery Session is a 15-20 minute one-on-one session where you will meet with one of our physical therapist. In this session, you will be able to ask any questions and voice your concerns about issues such as:

  • Areas of pain
  • Difficulty with everyday tasks
  • Problems stemming from sports or physical activity

With this information the therapist will be able to tell you if physical therapy may be right for you. In addition, the therapist will be able to answer questions addressing your impairments, as well as questions concerning you being able to get back to your full level of function.

This session gives you the opportunity to come in and get a better understanding of what may be going on with your body, and if physical therapy can benefit you in any way.
